So what type of eater are you?

Food Glorious Food

If you're anything like me one of the greatest sacrifices you're going to make while you're trying to lose weight is giving up some (or for some of us, most) of the foods you've learned to crave over the years.

With all the information we've been bombarded with over the years, it's a wonder we actually eat anything at all! So we know in order to lose weight we need to eat less calories a day than we burn, sometimes that's easier said than done. Particulalry if you love fast food and desserts, it's going to take a concerted effort to switch to something healthier for you. One of the positive aspects of this is that most of the healthier options, have greater flavour, better nutrition and with a minimal amount of substitution can be cheaper if you buy things that are in season.

Check out some of the links here to find, advice, recipes and videos to help you make healthy, informed food decisions.

Don't forget if you need to know just how many calories are in that fast food you're planning on eating use the Calorie King Australia website to check it out before you take that first bite, I bet you'll change your mind!
